Weeklong\u00a0 Environmental\u00a0 Discourse\u00a0 organized by \u00a0<\/strong>Jimmy McGilligan Centre For Sustainable Development will be inaugurated with a \u201cMusical<\/strong> Call for Clean Air\u201d<\/strong> by\u00a0 the Eminent Indian\u00a0 Classical Singer\u00a0 <\/strong>Kalapini Komkali as the Chief Guest on May31, 2019 at 6 p m .It will <\/strong>\u00a0conclude on \u00a0<\/strong>World Environment Day June 5, 2019 . According to Dr Janak Palta McGilligan, director of the Centre, UNEP has declared the theme for 2019\u00a0\u00a0 \u201cBeat Air Pollution\u201d. Main Objective of the discourse \u00a0is to engage larger numbers of people of all age<\/strong>s\u00a0 to consult\u00a0 and come out with \u00a0an\u00a0 action plan\u00a0 to be implemented by the people collaborating with Government, Private and NGO\u2019s and Educational Institutions, Social Activists \u00a0by involving and \u00a0standing up and\u00a0 actively participate by offering\u00a0 Environmental Solutions to Challenges of Climate Change. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Environmentalists Padma Shree Bhalu Mondhe , Dev Vasudevan Smita Bhardwaj IAS, Aryama Sanyal Director Airport Indore Authority , Indian Classical Singer\u00a0 Bhuvnesh Komkali\u00a0 will be the Guests of Honour.\u00a0 From June1-5 , 2019 everyday\u00a0 discourse will be held \u00a0at the Centre \u00a010 am -1 pm \u00a0at the Centre .<\/p>\n
