World Environment Day Celebrated\u00a0 at\u00a0 Jimmy McGilligan\u00a0 <\/b>Center<\/b>\u00a0 for Sustainable Development concluding\u00a0 with <\/b>action<\/b>\u00a0plan\u00a0 \u201c Sanawadiya\u00a0 Declaration\u00a0 \u201c an outcome of\u00a0 <\/b>Week long<\/b>\u00a0 \u00a0Environmental Discourse\u00a0 held around the theme<\/b><\/p>\n

during May 31st – 5th June, 2019 \u201c Programme started with Baha\u2019i devotional prayers Chanted by Youths Sameer Sharma, Deval Verma Sunil Chouhan and Aprajita Bhadoria and Mahatma Gandhi\u2019s Prayers \u201c Allah tero Naam\u00a0 and Vaishanav Jan to\u00a0 and Prayer about Environment by Pratusha Niati.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Janak Palta McGilligan\u00a0 welcomed everyone to finalise the\u00a0 the action plan that will\u00a0 be implemented during year 2019 -2020 by collaborating all participating Organizations and Civil Society Groups. Chief Guest of the closing ceremony was\u00a0 Ms Anjana Tiwari Superintendent\u00a0 Police\u00a0 Head\u00a0 of\u00a0 Fire Department of MP in Indore .She\u00a0 shared the working of Fire Stations with limited human and Equipment resources for unlimited persons. She shared the\u00a0 harmful hazardous gases polluting\u00a0 air of\u00a0 following\u00a0 each fire accident and most of it can be prevented by Safety measures.She was assured by Dr McGilligan that they will make people aware about these issues .She shared the following action plan committed by people and groups to be implemented until June 5th , 2020 that will also help moving forward towards accomplishing SDG\u2019s by 2030:<\/p>\n

1\u00a0 To identify folk compositions\/dances related to environment and popularize them and involve Artists Singers and Inspiring Story tellers and Spiritual Poets and leaders in all awareness and\u00a0 Environmental activities # Beat Air Pollution including\u00a0 sustainable lifestyle\u00a0 mentioned below.Indian Classical Singers Kalapini Komkali, Bhuvnesh Komkali, Gautam Kale have offered their service to support such campaigns and activities.<\/p>\n

3 Jimmy McGilligan Centre For Sustainable\u00a0 Devlopment\u00a0 will focus on Shri Ram Centinal, Indus World, Pragay Girls School , Educational Institutions like Prestige Institute , Indore Dental College MGM Medical College to become Eco-firendly Campuses students and teachers to use Steel bottles for water Steel Tiffins and all events reducing waste and plastic to reduce Air Pollution .<\/p>\n

4 Planation and raising\u00a0 of\u00a0 suitbable Trees around one Km of both sides of River Kanh, Sarswati\u00a0 ( Under Cleaning ) by\u00a0 Scientic Eco Foundation, INFO BEANS SBI Training Centre HDFC , Leo Club Tavleen Foundation, other clubs and associations and individuals who will pay Rs 500 each\u00a0 tree for\u00a0 rasing each tree for two years\u00a0 . Dr Gurmeet Singh Narang\u00a0 commited to develop 13\u00a0 Tiny forests to be made in the school and industry premises The total need\u00a0 is 15000 trees\u00a0 that will be provided by Municipal Corporation and\u00a0 Forest Department. A monitoring committee for managing is headed by Ambrish Kela, Bharti Sawrwate , Col Anurag Shukla Rajendra Singh , Pawan Shrimal and\u00a0 socially\u00a0 supported\u00a0 by Janak Palta McGilligan .<\/p>\n

5 Network of NGOs working for\u00a0 Animal and Birds\u00a0 has been founded by Janak Palta McGilligan it will be Chaired by Dev Vasudevan , Praiyanshu Jain will be the Coordinator Network members are\u00a0 Nihar Parlunkar, Aware, Shelter Home of Shailender and Praiaynashu, Neelam Dubey Nikky Surekha Govind Maheshwari .Sameer Sharma Volunteered to be the Social Media Partner for promoting their cause and news .<\/p>\n

6\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Janak Palta McGIlligan Anurag Shukla, Susmeeta Bhattacharya will be advocating and giving free training for\u00a0 use of Solar Cooking and Solar Energy ,Wind Energy Biogas and\u00a0 spreading awareness in schools And\u00a0 Solar thermal Technologies for reducing domestic air pollution<\/p>\n

\u00a0 7 None of those who particpated in thois dicourse will use flex banners.<\/p>\n

\u00a0 8 Nikky Surekha , Govind Maheshwari\u00a0 and\u00a0 Janak Palta cGilligan will revive the raising of Bullock s and bullock carts in farming to sustain male calvs.<\/p>\n

\u00a0 9\u00a0\u00a0 OP Goel and\u00a0 Anurag Shukla , Pawan Shirmal , Gautam Kasliwal will push water recharging , rainwater harvesting and first will be made in Sanwadiya intitiated by Deepak Rawaliya Bharat Bhandari Prashant and Dushant Dhakaad.<\/p>\n

10\u00a0 Advocate the Indore Municpal Corpration\u00a0 to leave space for trees when they make pavers and relive the trees from tree gaurds when they are mature .<\/p>\n

11\u00a0 Beerbal Wisery, run by Sameer Sharma and Aprajtia Bhadoria launched\u00a0 a Mango sapling raising here today by training people to make a sapling to\u00a0 plant\u00a0 50000 Mango trees with the help of all the a participants\u00a0 in\u00a0 about 1200 community gardens.This was followed by a training session conducted by experts where everyone was taught how to plant saplings.<\/p>\n
